Environmental health is one aspect of public health, as one of the program components in achieving public health goals, namely improving public health derejat. In the history of the development of public health, environmental health is one of the important points that must be considered which in developing public health services (public health services) must be accompanied by environmental health efforts. This type of research is a survey using a quantitative design. The purpose of this study was to analyze environmental health aspects that describe the state/condition of environmental health in Tembung Village, Percut Sei Tuan District. This type of research is a quantitative survey. This research was conducted in Tembung Village, Percut Sei Tuan Subdistrict. which was carried out in May 2024. The population of this study was all people in Tembung Village, Percut Sei Tuan District. The sample of this study was 50 respondents. Data collection instruments using questionnaires. Analysis data using Univariate descriptive distribution and frequency. Based on the results of environmental health research in tembung Village, Percut Sei Tuan Subdistrict, Medan City using 10 aspects, namely waste water disposal sites, disposal of toddler feces, types of waste collection sites in the house, how to handle household waste, preventing transmission of diseases due to mosquito bites, how many times to drain the bathtub, observation of the room in the house, the type of main water facilities used by households for drinking purposes, the type of water facilities for household use, and the amount of water for household use. water facilities for household use, and the amount of water used for household use in a day, the final score percentage is 100%. It is recommended to maintain and improve the standard of environmental health practices that are already optimal. It is recommended that ongoing education and training programs be conducted for the community regarding waste management, disease prevention, and maintenance of water facilities. In addition, it is important to conduct regular evaluations and continuous monitoring to ensure that the environmental quality is maintained and effective in supporting public health.
