Abstract

Work fatigue is one of the factors that can affect employee productivity and well-being. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect job burnout in staff at Pia Hotel Pandan. This type of research used is descriptive analytic. The research design used is cross-sectional. This research was conducted at Pia Hotel Pandan which was held in January-February 2024. The population in this study were all staff working at Pia Hotel Pandan. The sample was selected using total sampling technique, involving 65 staff from various divisions and levels of positions. The research instrument used was a questionnaire conducted by interview. Data analysis techniques using Univariate analysis in the form of descriptive. The results showed that 97% of staff experienced job burnout. Respondents aged under 25 years experienced fatigue by 100%, while at the age of over 25 years, 96% experienced fatigue. From the aspect of tenure, 96% of respondents with less than 5 years of service experienced fatigue, while in staff with more than 5 years of service, only 25% experienced fatigue. All female respondents (100%) experienced fatigue, while 83% of male respondents also experienced the same condition.
